Fellowship
Are you someone who always wanted to do something? Do you want to do something for society, do something for your country? Have you always wanted to be an active changemaker? Do you like working in difficult situations? Always wanted to work in the field but not sure how or with which organization? Here are the answers to your questions. EOFO is a non-profit organization which offers fellowship program, that aims to promote sustainable living, along with interventions in other areas such as skills training, hunger, health, education, hygiene and other skills the fellowships provide. The Fellowships will select qualified young professionals to accelerate their impact and create effective projects that are replicable, scalable and sustainable. During their service and fieldwork, Fellows acquire knowledge of community development in education, livelihoods, public health, and social work, and develop and apply their change-making skills to create lasting change impact. I can do it. Together, grantees and development leaders form a dynamic partnership, sharing knowledge and skills, while also sharing a passion and commitment to unlocking new ways of looking at the world.
Fellowship is an opportunity to explore different facets of education and find out if this is your calling. We offer a six-month full-time program that allows fellows to understand and experience the realities of ground. The fellowship includes:
a) 5 week classroom module to strengthen conceptual understanding of educational and development issues.
b) 6-month involvement in an intensive grassroots field.
c) Work on live projects whose main purpose is to improve quality at a practical level.
